Lunch Orders

Lunch orders kick off from Week 2 of Term 1 each year.

Poynter Primary School does not have a canteen, so the P&C has engaged Lunchbox Hub (formerly Locovora School Lunches), an external provider, to supply lunch on a Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays for students via online ordering at https://school-lunch.lunchboxhub.com.au/ or their app.

Orders need to be placed by 8:30am Monday to Thursday or by 7:00am Friday for same day delivery.

Lunch Order Roster Information

For the P&C to operate this service we need volunteers. Please consider helping out by signing up to the lunch roster below:

If you can no longer do your selected shift, please find alternative help. Please ask your class coordinator to add a message on the class Whatsapp group and/or ask friends. Should that not result in a replacement volunteer, please contact the lunch coordinator as soon as possible.

Time Required: 12:15-1:15

The lunches will arrive to the P&C Room and there will be a list in one of the boxes, listing all the orders, in class order (Kindy and PP orders will have already been taken). There is a basket for each class you can sort the lunches into. A couple of children from each class will come and collect the basket for their class. You won’t need to check orders off the list when sorting. Just keep for reference in case someone says they haven't received their lunch order. If they aren't on the list, they more than likely don't have lunch ordered, tell them to check their bags and if they don't have lunch then to go to the office. The office can contact the parents and check. There are always spares that can be offered too. If spare is not needed for students, feel free to keep them and return the food boxes to the office and sign out. There are also wipes provided to ensure are baskets are kept clean! Thank You!
