ELECTION DAY BBQ FUNDRAISER

Election Day BBQs are a fabulous opportunity for our P&C to fundraise much needed funds for our students (last time we raised close to $1500), and this year we are going to do it again!

BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We are asking for volunteers to:

- assist Nat Gasmier with planning during next week

- marketing our stall via local Facebook community pages

- and on the day, volunteers to cook the BBQ and serve.

If you can't help on the day, a donation of some drinks or baked goods for our cake stall would be gratefully accepted.

Drink donations can be dropped to the Front Office on Tues - Fri next week.

Food donations can be delivered on Fri afternoon to the Meeting Room in Admin OR on Saturday to the stall no later than 9am.
